Return Policy

Product that is returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt will be fully refunded, with the exception that all alcohol sales are final. The best way to request a refund or exchange is to bring in your receipt and product within 30 days of purchase and speak with a worker at our Customer Service Kiosk. 

All orders made through Instacart are handled exclusively by Instacart. If you have any issues with a DoorDash order, please contact their Customer Support. Rainbow Grocery does not accept returns on Instacart or DoorDash orders.
