Please note the following:
  • All Every Day Discounts (Senior, NoBAWC, Helping Hands, EBT) are no longer attached to Rewards Community accounts, so please be sure to let the cashier know which discounts you receive before paying and be prepared to show identification.
  • All Scrip accounts are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Community, so there is no need to sign up.

Rainbow Grocery’s Rewards Community
These Terms and Conditions (collectively, “Terms”) apply to the websites of Rainbow Grocery Cooperative Inc. (“Rainbow Grocery”) which link to or post these Terms. Rainbow Grocery’s Rewards Community (“Community”) is a point-based promotional system that allows for e-coupons, services, programs, promotions, and/or other offers, deals, coupons, and/or specials (collectively, “Offerings”). Customers must sign up for the Community to be eligible for any available Offerings. Points are collectively known as “Co-op Coins.” By creating a Community account, customers agree to Rainbow’s Privacy Policy (https://rainbow.coop/privacy-policy/). Rainbow Grocery can make changes to or discontinue the Community at its discretion.
 
Signing Up
You can sign up in the store—at any register or at the Customer Service kiosk. Your account will become active within a few minutes of completing the form.
 
Alternatively, you can sign up online using the form below this popup. It will take 3-5 business days before your account will become active.
 
Canceling Your Account
If, for any reason, you would like to close your Community account, please use this form, select the subject “Rewards Community,” and provide your full name, email address, and phone number. You will be notified within 3-5 business days that your account has been closed.
 
Co-op Coins 2022 Promotion
Promotion valid 5/4/22 until 12/31/22. Customers will accrue 1 Co-op Coin for each dollar spent. Once a customer accumulates at least 500 Co-op Coins, they will automatically receive a 15% off e-coupon to their Community account. This e-coupon is redeemable for the next 30 days. Customers can decide when they use the e-coupon within those 30 days. Only one e-coupon can be redeemed per calendar month. Unused e-coupon will expire after 30 days. There will be no double discounts when an e-coupon is applied. E-coupon valid only for in-store purchases. E-coupon cannot be used online. Co-op Coins are not legal tender. Rainbow Grocery can make changes to or discontinue this Community promotion at its discretion
 
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice to you. The date of the most recent version of these Terms is noted at the top. Any modification will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms, and your access to and/or use of any of the Sites thereafter will constitute your acceptance of such modified Terms. Please note the date these Terms were last modified and review these Terms on a regular basis.
